Mikey Roberts

Mikey Roberts is the founder of After Action and a Marine Corps veteran.

After leaving military service, he experienced PTSD and faced challenges transitioning to civilian life. Through education, mentorship, and support networks, he was able to rebuild stability and pursue meaningful work.

His experience inspired him to create After Action to help other trauma survivors access the support and opportunities they need to rebuild their lives.
