Mikey Roberts founded After Action in 2021. After leaving the Marine Corps  in 2001 he suffered from PTSD, but like many other veterans was unable to identify it nor address it for many years.  After about a decade, he was able to find the support he needed and obtain mental health services, further his education, find a mentor and ultimately become a successful businessman.  He seeks to make this process easier for trauma survivors like himself and provide the resources and support that he wishes were available after he left the service.

Mikey is joined by a board of supportive and knowledgeable individuals who believe in the vision of seeing a nation thrive socially and economically post-trauma.
